Jacques Ouellette serves as the Party Leader of the Northern Ontario Party, bringing forward a strong commitment to representing the people, communities, and future of Northern Ontario. Accepting the role of Party Leader in 2024, Jacques officially became the permanent Party Leader following the 2025 General Meeting.
With a focus on regional advocacy, economic development, and community representation, Jacques is dedicated to ensuring that Northern Ontario has a stronger voice in provincial affairs. His leadership emphasizes local decision-making, protection of Northern resources, infrastructure growth, and opportunities for future generations.
As Party Leader, Jacques works closely with party members, volunteers, and regional representatives to build a stronger and more united Northern Ontario. His leadership continues to guide the party toward long-term solutions that prioritize the interests of Northern communities.
Under his direction, the Northern Ontario Party continues to expand its outreach, strengthen its organizational structure, and advocate for policies that reflect the realities and needs of people living across the North.
