Parry Sound—Muskoka is a provincial electoral district in Ontario, represented in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since 1999. The riding shares the same boundaries as the federal electoral district of the same name.
The district consists of the Territorial District of Parry Sound (excluding the Town of Powassan, the townships of Nipissing and North Himsworth, and the portion of the Town of Killarney within Nipissing), the District Municipality of Muskoka, and the part of the Town of Kearney that lies within Nipissing District.
Parry Sound—Muskoka is known for its natural beauty, cottage country lifestyle, and vibrant tourism economy, with lakes, forests, and parks playing a central role in the community. Beyond tourism, the region is supported by industries such as forestry, small business, and local services, while also addressing the unique challenges faced by northern and rural communities.
This riding has also played a notable role in Ontario’s political history, having once been represented by former Premier Ernie Eves and by Norm Miller, son of former Premier Frank Miller.
