Voting Privileges
Whether it’s at your local riding association, a party-wide vote, or choosing board members and party leaders, only members get the opportunity to cast a ballot.
General Meeting Access
Although anyone may attend public meetings, only members may attend general meetings of the party and its riding associations. These meetings allow members to discuss issues relevant to the party, allowing members to affect the party’s policy, platform, and campaign development.
Leadership Elections
Members have the opportunity to take on leadership roles within the party.
Whether you’re interested in being part of your local riding association board, running as a candidate, or becoming part of the party’s executive, you must be a member of the party to make it happen.
AGM Invite
The Annual General Meeting is, typically, a long-weekend camp out, where party members work out policy, campaign, and other issues while bonding as a team in a typically Northern fashion.
You must be a registered member in order to be selected to attend by your local riding association.
